Treat friends to a special dinner with a light and refreshing menu from guest chef Castro Boateng, former executive chef of the Aerie Resort and Spa.  Learn to prepare a pineapple and cucumber salad with fresh grapefruit and mint cream; pan seared sablefish with tomato and lemongrass, served in a fennel broth with spring vegetables and for dessert, an easy but decadent panna cotta with fresh fruit.  Keep it light and flavourful with this imaginative menu.
Demonstration Class $75 per person

This course is offered throughout the year by appointment, for groups of 8-10 participants.
