Learn how to prepare beautiful make-ahead desserts including decadent chocolate mousse “souffles” and classic Babas au Rhum :  beautiful yeast cakes soaked in rum, painted with apricot glaze and garnished with fruit, chantilly cream and a spicy nut brittle garnish.  A beautiful way to end a meal!

Demonstration Class $75 per person

This course is offered throughout the year by appointment,
for groups of 8-10 participants.
