Discover the art of classic French desserts. Recipes include individual chocolate molten cakes with a raspberry coulis, luscious cream-filled profiteroles topped with caramel and refreshing lemon sorbets.

Note: This dessert course is also offered with the Fundamental Cooking Series.

Demonstration Class $75 per person

This course is offered throughout the year by appointment, for groups of 8-10 participants.
