Cooking is easy with make-ahead bistro fare.  Learn how to prepare a dinner casual French dinner party including mussels with garlic and roasted tomatoes,  a succulent duck confit main course salad with a spicy pear and ginger chutney, French lentils with creme fraiche; and for dessert a light, make-ahead, lemon mousse.  Comforting, rustic and delicious:  French cuisine at its finest!
