This course is offered by appointment only for groups of 8-10 participants.

Living without dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, shellfish, soy and wheat proves a daily challenge for anyone suffering from multiple food allergies.  In this course you will learn to expand your restricted repertoire with a variety of flavourful recipes including a zesty chicken coconut soup, roasted pork tenderloin stuffed with roasted garlic and thyme, seasonal root vegetables in an aromatic wine broth and refreshing fruit sorbets.  Cooking “without” never tasted so good! 

Important Notice:  Although every effort is made to adhere to gluten-fee cooking practices, this kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free environment. 

Demonstration Class $75 per person
