
Join Guest Chef Akemi Akutsu for more authentic Japanese cuisine. Recipes include kappa and tekka mak-ki sushi (sushi with cucumber and tuna), nira and egg drop soup, cucumber and wakame seaweed salad, a ge da shi tofu (fried tofu) and ka ra a ge (chicken with nori flakes). Green tea and plum wine tasting included.
