Join guest chef, Dan Hayes, for an evening of rustic northern Italian food.  Learn to prepare slow-braised shoulder of pork on polenta with a zesty gremolata; seafood stock for a delicious risotto nero with grilled prawns; char-grilled vegetables with salsa verde and roasted lemons.  Delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare.  Come hungry.

Demonstration Class $75 per person

This course is offered throughout the year by appointment,
for groups of 8-10 participants.
