Learn to prepare slow-braised shoulder of pork on polenta with a zesty gremolata; seafood stock for a delicious risotto nero with grilled prawns; char-grilled vegetables with salsa verde and roasted lemons. Delicious, nutritious and easy to prepare. Come hungry.
