How it Works

Demonstration Classes $75 per person
Relax and enjoy abundant food samples as you watch cooking demonstrations. Learn culinary tips and tricks in a professionally-equipped, home-based kitchen. Small, intimate classes ensure plenty of personal attention from your classically trained instructor. Recipes included. Approx. 2 1/2 hours.

Hands-on Classes $300 per couple
Two couples maximum. Team up with a friend for an exclusive hands-on cooking lesson. Put on an apron and work alongside your culinary instructor to learn new cooking techniques at your own pace.  Enjoy a full meal after your lesson.  Approx. 3 1/2 hours.  Hands-on Classes arranged by appointment.

Private Group Bookings
Groups of eight to ten participants can reserve private cooking classes at mutually convenient times.  If you don’t have enough participants in your group to reach the minimum of eight, let us know and we will attempt to rally other cooking enthusiasts interested in your course selection and date preference. To Reserve Space in Class

To reserve a space in scheduled class, select a course, click on “Register Online” and complete the credit card payment form.  Payment must be made in full to reserve a space in class.  Seating is limited and classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Celiac Friendly Courses

We are committed to providing a safe and delicious cooking experience for our gluten-intolerant participants.  If you are following a GF diet, please contact us prior to registration to discuss course particulars.  While not a dedicated kitchen, every effort is made to prevent cross-contamination with ingredients containing gluten when we know in advance that participants following GF diets are in attendance.  Call Denise at (250) 294-4500

To Redeem a Gift Certificate
Email   with the certificate number and the name and date of the class for which you wish to register; availability and course registration will be confirmed by return email. 

Cancellation Policy

Fees will be refunded in full for cancellations at least 72 hours prior to the class. You may send a friend to occupy your space if you are unavailable. Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment; with refunds promptly issued.
